What an immersion of the Surfguru crew is like

Aloha!

Spoken in immersion, everyone here is going crazy! Surfguru has a team of people who work remotely from different places in Brazil. There are people from São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and Pernambuco, everyone working from home, to together make Surfguru what it is. today, the largest wave forecast portal in Brazil.

Here we see ourselves literally like a family. A team is not big, but everyone is big. very close, even distant. And like every family, every now and then there has to be that face-to-face meeting, which cannot be missed! 

So every year at least two or three times the team gathers in some magical place to catch high waves and co-work in a lighter and more relaxed way. The highlight was Vila de Regência, in ES, Tubolândia in Espírito Santo. 

Regencia is popularly known for its tubular waves that attract surfers from all over Brazil 

Without much ado, our immersions usually last a week and during the period we stay there, we spend a lot of time there. At Vila Mágica, we received a swell with good conditions for everyone to catch a wave.

Our routine during Reg immersion ;starts early to enjoy the land and catch the waves at the Tamar point, which is where the tubes roll. The whole team put it down and got it up, take a look!

We also enjoyed the late afternoon at mouth in Rio to gather the crowd to make a beach cleaning on site. After all, the place is so magical for us, that the least we can do is take care of it whenever possible.

And to make it even more special, this year we had the company of Cerveja Corona, to make our evenings lighter and more relaxed, enjoying the most beautiful sunset in Regencia, on the waters of the mouth of the Rio Doce.

In short, get together to ride the wave in special corners such as Regencia is part of our culture and over the years we have realized how important this is. important for keep the Aloha spirit alive within our team.
