Surfguru is not responsible for the comments and opinions of Surfguru users. The content of each profile, messages posted on social media making references to Surfguru, photos and videos sent by the user on Surfguru pages, are the sole and exclusive civil and criminal responsibility of the user.
The user is registered and identified through the email address used to confirm the registration, and this email is kept confidential.
Surfguru users must never publish adult material material, messages of slander, insult or defamation against any person or institution, they must also not publish material protected by copyright, nor publish photos or texts without authorization from the author, his representative, as well as of those photographed.
Surfguru may, at any time, at its sole discretion, cancel any user profile that appears to be violating Surfguru Terms of Use, or current legal regulations.
The content of the pages and messages published on Surfguru social media channels are not necessarily reviewed by the Surfguru team, therefore, we cannot be responsible for them, nor do they necessarily reflect our opinion.
If any of the rules set out are not complied with, or illegalities are observed, the user profile on the Surfguru portal will be blocked, a warning will be sent to the user e-mail, and their registration may be canceled by Surfguru at any time.
The user may not:
- Violate any laws in Brazil;
- Use obscene, offensive or indecent language in messages;
- Post messages or images with insulting, slanderous, defamatory, abusive content, or that invade someone privacy;
- Practice, induce or incite prejudice regarding race, color, origin, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, age, religious belief or any other forms of discrimination;
- Create fake profiles;
- Send propaganda, direct mail, pyramid or chain messages.
Surfguru will not be held responsible for any damages that may have resulted from the use of this service. Surfguru reserves the right, at any time, to modify the above rules at its sole discretion.
